Great bed and very good construction. As the salesman stated it does take a bit to break the bed in. About a week or two but very comfortable and supportive

Husband has had 4 back surgeries and I have arthritis in my hips and spine. We are only in this mattress for about one week. The first 4 days the chemical smells were overwhelming. I had to sleep on top several layers of blankets to muffle the odor. I then had to wash the blankets. I suggest if you get this mattress you let it sit and air out a couple days, as they didn't warn us at all about that. As for comfort the memory foam helps me to be able to withstand the firmness of this mattress. It's definitely firm. My husband says it's helping him with sleeping so I guess that's what's important… We came out of a sleep number bed and it's difficult to get used to just one mattress level of firmness. The reason why we didn't go back to sleep number is we feel it's just not as spine supportive, and I hope we've made the right decision.

We were very disappointed did not meet our needs on sleep . My husband slept terrible on it . did not support his back at all like it was referred to us as it would . we did not have a good night sleep on it at all --we woke up tired . tried it for 39 days and returned it

About a week in, can feel it breaking in but still less comfortable than I expected it would be. I have high hopes that it will continue to get better. I would recommend it, because it is still very comfortable.

So glad we decided to go with a hybrid. This mattress provides plenty of support but is still very comfortable. I can't say that I can tell that it really has a "chill" factor but I don't sleep hot either. We have only had it a few weeks so time will tell how it holds up.

I love this mattress! Very supportive and comfortable to sleep on. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it has a strong musty odor to it. I don't know if that's common for new foam mattresses? I am waiting in hopes the smell will go away
