Not as advertised - return/exchange policy was not fully explained. In pain from first night - way too soft. Right now counting the days so return/restocking exchange charges won't apply... IF I can handle more mornings waking up with pain. Sales person knew I have a bad back - sciatica and needed lumbar support. He knew I needed an actual FIRM mattress. Even online reviews I have read since say it's softer then other options. Salesman should have explained more.

Love this mattress. I replaced my 20 year old mattress with this. I am finally able to sleep longer and no longer wake up with back pain. I wish I had bought it sooner.

A great balance between firm and soft! Very responsive with great support. It's not "slow" like memory foam. The first thing I noticed was the great lumbar support when sleeping on my back. We love this mattress!

Although I was sure I preferred a medium firm mattress, I was surprised at how firm this one turned out to be. Having slept on it for over two weeks now and can say I'm am very fine with the comfort.

You do sweat a little the first week you use it but after a week your body accommodate and now no sweating at all. It's a hybrid so there is a ton of support but cushy too.

Going from a spring mattress to this hybrid definitely took a couple weeks to adjust to (didn't think it would!). Our backs were sore but once that "can't return until 30 days has passed" mark came, we were very happy and sleeping soundly in our bed! It is great :)
