In the era of slow deliveries and supply chain timing problems, this was a pleasant surprise. I ordered on Wednesday and delivered as stated on Friday.
I like firm mattresses, my wife prefers plush, we both think this mattress is great. Soft top that's comfortable and hugging but, firm enough at the core for back support.

Unfortunately this hybrid is too soft and after 30 days of trying it- my body hasn't adjusted to it. I had to go and exchange it for a traditional, firm mattress that cost less than what I originally paid. I paid for delivery this time and still waiting to see if corporate will approve this change so that I can get a mattress that is better suited to my body.

This mattress has been great! I had a hard time selecting between two different mattresses, but I think I made the right choice! My partner and I have different firmness preferences, but this seems to be a good balance for us. Very glad we went with this one!

Sales and delivery were spectacular, however the mattress arrived on a snowy day and literally had to thaw out a day or so. Still extremely stiff and had to put my original mattress topper on just so I can sleep. Not nearly as cozy as the one I tried out in the store. Still having hip and back pain... will most likely have to do a comfort exchange.

First time buying a hybrid mattress so am still getting used to it. I had a firm mattress before. It's very comfortable, not too firm. Seems like it does get hot though which is good in winter. The customer service at Chantilly location from Gus was great! He was very knowledgeable, professional and helped us make the decision to go ahead with the purchase. Delivery was fast and efficient.

I was experiencing back pain and knew it was time to replace my old mattress. We had a difficult time deciding which mattress was best for us but after talking with my chiropractor, he recommended a mattress with a hard core in order to take the pressure off of my back. This Kelburn II has taken away my early morning back pain! Yes, I still get back pain if I work in the yard or do strenuous exercise but the new Kelburn II has helped me to wake up refreshed!

So far so good. I bought this 3 weeks ago and am sleeping much better and am having much less back pain. Hopefully it will improve even more. The store manager was very helpful, and delivery was on time and fast. Overall an excellent experience!

This is a great mattress ! It was more than what we wanted to spend but it's very comfortable. Delivery guys were awesome !!! 15 mins to setup and very nice - Our sales person was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect mattress.

Sam (on Wisconson in Chevy Chase) was very helpful and patient with me. The covid policies (and empty store) allowed me to feel safe throughout the process. I'm very glad that I went in as I was getting very different recommendations from on-line information and service people. I was able to try out the mattresses recommended by the online stores too and could tell pretty quickly that I would be unhappy with them, even though the had SOUNDED good. This is a great mattress. Took about 2 weeks for smell to completely fade (glad Sam had told me to expect this), but worth it. Both my husband and I are sleeping happily and our backs feel better despite our age.

We spent months looking for a mattress and while it was more than we wanted to spend it's amazing. It's the perfect amount of softness and hardness for a side sleeper and stomach sleeper. We have a king and don't bother each other getting in and out of bed either.

Too firm, I returned the mattress. After lying on my side, after 20-30 minutes I can feel pressure on my hips and shoulders, as if I was lying on a floor with carpet.
