After 4 years the bed base stop working. I contacted customer service and paid $165 shipping cost for parts needed for the technician to come out and repair. The technician replaced parts and the bed still was not functioning so another part was ordered. The second visit by the technician with the new part was unsuccessful. The technician contacted technical support and after an hour was told that my base needed to be replaced and to file a claim because it's under warranty. The claim process has been horrible! I feel like I getting the run around.

A couple things, the vibration on low is fine, but when it's on high, it is really noisy. #2) light that is on under the mattress. How do you replace that?

This base/bed met all of our expectations in terms of comfort and ease of use. We love our bed! However, we experienced an issue with the base, which required replacing the power supply. We worked with the Tempurpedic customer service team, and once they shipped us the replacement, we were back in business and enjoying our bed.

The Tempur Pedic base is acceptable. The buttons on the controller are slow to react. I needed to order the headboard installation kit. So I called customer service, held for over an hour. Resolution super slow. If you purchase from Tempur Pedic don't expect help.

Not impressed with customer service when you have a problem & your flexible base breaks. Went to where I purchased my bed & all they did was send an email. Takes 5 days at least for them to read it, and you can't do anything until they contact you. Very disappointed with this product and customer service.

This is amazing. We can prop the back up to read in bed at night before we go to sleep. Raise your feet, and support your lumbar area. Extremely comfortable. The Zero Gravity feature is great for a tired back! And, the nightlights under the base are very cool to use at night. Combined with our Tempur-Pedic Breeze, we are sleeping very well now. Better than we ever have!

Base is noisy. Furniture store- Fowler Furniture.said they would take care of. They didn't. Had to contact tempurpedic myself. Waiting on parts. Terrible expertise with this furnitue store on mattress. Buyer beware. Horrible service. Wondering if bed will be OK when fixed.

So honestly I like how quiet the base adjusts also the massagers. Won't I don't like is I've owned it for about 2 months and adjusting the head is already not working right I feel if your going to pay the price of a car seriously I don't know if I just got a default because the other half of the calling split base does not do it so I'm trying to leave a good review because of half the base. But still I'm waiting for the other side to mess up.

The Ergo Extend base is a must have to go with your Tempur Pedic mattress. If you have back pain, sleep apnea or any other medical needs, please get one! It will make a tremendous difference in the comfort of your sleep. I use the massage every single night and it's amazing! Please take my advice and get one immediately!! The Ergo Extend makes noise when using the remote to adjust positions. I put carpet remnants under the feet of the bed, as I was told. It did not do anything.
What that being said the product overall is the most comfortable sleep I have ever experience

The comfortability massage and adjustable features have been a life saver before and after surgery.
However the mattress has been hot. The main issue is the mattress comes out the brace and rest on top of the brace or on top of the foot board and has to be pushed off which I can't do.
Don't know if it is a base or mattress issue or both.

I have had lower back issues for the past 2 plus years. My neighbor had the Tempur-Pedic mattress. My mattress was at least 15 years old, thick soft wore out pillow top. I am almost 68. Good health, from the first night, honestly, no more back pain. Unbelievable. I was in disbelief. After over 6 months, not one back pain. I purchased the divided mattress frame that I can lift the head etc. LOVE IT! The salesperson let me try a variety of mattresses, some I had to retry. I was there most of the morning. Never rushed me. He answered every question. I purchased a special pillow, love the feel. I got a free pair of sheets to fit my new queen size bed. I have since had two other friends go and get the same bed! They are very pleased too.

Best decision I have ever made!!! I didn't think I could love my bed so much. I have scoliosis and had corrective surgery 20 years ago, slept on a sleep number for 15 years. This mattress is everything I needed it to be and I knew that even after just one night!!!! Zero G's?: Amazing. Massager: incredible. I never thought I could love something so much. excellent financing options, too! cooling power loses efficiency with a mattress pad, but other than that, 10/10 because the top cover and essentially everything from Tempur-Pedic is washable!!!!

This base, especially with the slight pillow lift added is the best. Extremely comfortable, very quiet, love the night light feature. The only regret I have is I wish I would have bought a king size instead of a queen but you can not exchange. Would recommend to anyone.

Product is far superior to all previous iterations of their adjustable base. Flawless articulation, stealthily quiet motion, great remote design, and the best massage I have felt on an adjustable base! Bottom line, the quality is higher than the lower level model, the additional features are really neat, especially the head lift and the lights but definitely luxury items. I love this base though!

- hard to feel the massage, it is just a mild vibrating that can make your head hurt, so you end up just using the feet "massage"
- when tilted to say watch TV, it hurts my back even though it is meant to help you back.

Order delivered safely to my driveway where I assembled with existing boxes underneath to protect the superior finish. Assembly was straight forward. Instruction advises you to have help as the unit is heavy...I use two moving dollys to move the assembled pieces inside. Care should be taken when placing the Ergo in the bed space due to the aforementioned weight issue. Strongly advise a friend's help! Before ordering make sure bedframe dimensions will accommodate the ERGO. I had to remove 2 slat railings that ran along the inside of the bed to ensure space for the system to move freely up and down. (A Tommy Bahama King), Once the system was plugged in I performed the synchronization of the remote to the Ergo per instructions. It has been over a month and I have enjoyed the unit immensely. The different sleep modes I have position the bed has helped with aches and pains coupled with elevating the upper body and legs to gain a sound sleep pattern. Another feature I enjoy is the LED lights underneath the bed. It allows just enough light if you need to get up from the bed in the middle of the night in a dark room. The massage mechanisms are fun and an added bonus. (No quarters required to operate! LOL!) One item that is is slightly inconvenient are the USB plugins. They are underneath the bed. If the bed has side railing (Headboard and Footboard connection) access to the USB is impossible. One must raise the head section significantly to use them. Ordering online was easy and they had financing incentives coupled with a rebate applied at checkout. Bottom line...if your back aches or your sleep apnea/snoring prevents a good night sleep...get one! After all, you spend up to 33% of your life in bed.

Im in love with my Ergo my sleep nights are amazing and my tired back fells rested. I love that I can adjust to the position that makes me fell more comfortable. My favorite part is the massager its amazing as I'm falling asleep. I love it!!!

I've only had this for two weeks ago. The looks are very nice when its set up and the mattress is on it. I just need a headboard to complete the look. I really like the "night lights". The positioning of the USB ports are not user friendly. The head of the bed will have to be tilted upwards to access them easily. I do like TV mode. Turns my bed in to a giant recliner and the massage functions are a nice touch.
I could not give it a five star rating due to the position of the USB ports and there is a "clunk" noise when I enter the bed.

I would give this base 5 stars if one thing was different. we purchased the split cal king but we don't have the bases inside of a bed frame. Now I understand that this is not tempur-pedic's fault that we don't have a bed frame, but without having the bases inside of a frame to keep them together they slip apart and i'm constantly having to push them back together. I would give 5 stars if tempur-pedic provided some sort of strap or connection between the two bases in order to keep them together. for the basically $4000 price tag I don't think this is to much to ask. eventually we will have a bedroom set with bed frame to put the bases and mattresses inside but I wanted to get the mattress system first so we could make sure the mattress system fits inside the frame when we look to purchase the bedroom set. otherwise we love the mobility and functions of the base. the vibrating massage and adjustability features are just fantastic.

The head support with a pillow just makes it terribly uncomfortable. There is no option to not use the head lift. The top doesn't have a support bar so our mattress always slides up off the frame when adjusted back flat. The firm tempur pedic mattress does not bend well either so there are toooons of gaps between the frame and the mattress. Its a huge waste of money. Go with a cheaper one.

I have COPD and at times I have a very difficult time breathing, this bed has enabled me to get into a comfortable position at a push of a button. The thing I like most is sometimes I'm up to high but I am able to lower myself so quickly that it does not cause me to wake up especially when this happens in the middle of the night. Before I got my bed I slept in a recliner with several pillows and a lot of lost time sleeping when I would have to wake up and adjust the pillows. i wish I would have gotten this bed a lot sooner.

Purchased ergo extend in late summer 2019. So far all has gone somewhat well . Turning 40 years old in 2020 I needed a bed and a base that could help with neck, back and leg pain . I opted for the ergo extend for the massage option,under bed lighting and usb outlet.The light is somewhat dimming and not overwhelming to have on at night .The massage and zero g controls work amazing and help the pain go away when I need it most. It did take some time to get used to the mattress wich I'm still not exactly in love with .I personally think I'm not heavy enough and need something softer but it has been getting better each night vrs.when I first recieved it. doesnt matter because there is no way to return a close out sale mattress. I have learned to use the base controls to adjust to my sleeping habits. The usb outlet is behind the head rest under your bed .you will need a long cord to be able to use it .over all i am happy with my investment. Yes this is def. Pricey but the 5 year loan helps with anyone on a serious budget (you can also pay double payments to make the loan pay off quicker). I'm sure by the time I get done paying for this bed and base there will be even better sleep lines than what I have now. I rate this base 5 stars and my mattress 3.8 stars wich is a close out tempur prima cloud in a queen.

So far we are getting use to the mattress. We are very disappoint with the fact that only one remote can be paired with the adjustable base. It would be very convenient to have a remote unit at each night stand. There are times when only person is using the bed. i.e reading, using laptop or watching television. It can be a bit challenging to get the remote unit from the other side of a king size bed for someone that has limited mobility. I have already contacted customer service about the issue and they responded that only one remote unit can be paired with the base. Before we can recommend the mattress and adjustable base the remote control unit issue should be addressed.
PS We purchased a second remote unit prior to knowing that a second remote unit could not be paired. We now have a second remote unit that is not
usable.
