Waiting for a claim to fix our bed for a month.

The head of our mattress doesn't go up any more. We called in a claim on 621 period we are still waiting for somebody to come and fix our bed a month later period my husband and I both have back problems and this is really hurting us period we just called to find out what's wrong and they said the part is on backwater. If you have a bed that needs fixed, why aren't you making the part question mark

Took a week to get used to this mattress, but we love it. It's unbelievable how much less body pain we have from this mattress. We notice when we go stay at a hotel - we wake up with more body pain. We sleep soundly, undisturbed and less movement. Also the dust mite allergy was eliminated.

Defective mattress doesn't meet this company standards yet I have a noticeable sag that clearly is within the guidelines! After taking a dozen pictures and emailing back and forth fixing picture recommendations they deny! FORGET THIS COMPANY! Not only is the mattress a problem their mattress cover after awhile doesn't protect and rip! AGAIN Forget This Company! The last time I buy a mattress from them!

I've been trying for 12 weeks to get warranty work done on the head unit that lifts. They showed up after 4-5 weeks to tell me what I already knew, the head actuator was out. Said they would order the parts and it's been 2-3 weeks since that.

Love the bed. I had a couple sports related operations,, the bed seriously helps me get up out of bed and then back down into bed like never before...fantastic.
Currently , after 4 years the remote decided not to work. Changed batteries twice. No luck. Hmmm?
Is there a way to operate bed until remote can be fixed? I will call help line when open tomorrow.

All the other brands would sag after 3 months, no matter how good or expensive they were. I've been sleeping on the GrandBed for 7 years now and it still delivers a good nights sleep. Recommended by a soldier I knew. He said he slept for 14 hours when his Tempurpedic arrived. That was enough for me, bought one that week.

I have repeated problems with our bed, and any attempt to get warranty service ends with local repair places I am sent to (local meaning at least 50 miles away) telling me that they can't do the repair, because the work it is too hard.

The life changing event is nothing short of amazing.
From sleeping to snoring (the other half) to movies in bed to reading and YES to totally relaxed and massaged bliss - there is nothing like this base.
There is nothing like it. The ONLY downside is that every vacation from here on out will disappoint due to MISSING this bed when you are NOT in it.

We have been shopping for a mattress for nearly a year. While staying recently with my brother in law, my wife and I had the chance to sleep on the new Tempurpedic GrandBed mattress that he's been raving about. We were more than slightly skeptical at his over-the-top ratings of the new mattress and he couldn't wait for us to try it. Well, it was even better than advertised. The mattress envelopes you like a cloud and we quickly drifted off to sleep. No tossing or turning, no waking up in the middle of the night, no hip or knee or back pain in the morning. As proven by my iPhone sleep app, we enjoyed a solid, uninterrupted night of sleep for 3 nights in a row.Great mattress!!

You can't put a price on good sleep. The support that this mattress provides is perfect for us although it does get a little warm sometimes. Finally found a mattress that works for us.

The Tempur-ergo has helped both my husband and me to fall asleep faster and stay alseep longer. Lifting both head and legs jus a bit has provided the comfortable position for bothe of us: he is a side sleeper and I sleep on my back. It was a budget stretch, but well worth the effort. Thanks much.

I am a 57 year old daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, Christian, good friend, homeowner, well educated with a career, who likes to work hard and enjoy life to its fullest. I am passionate about family, photography, cars, health, reading, outdoors, gardening, cooking and extensive travel. I say this so you know I am an ordinary America of more midwest than southern culture who has bad aches and pains. My hips are ill, I have cervical, mid & lumbar spinal injuries & deterioration from age & accidents. When my daughter put a Grand Tempur in her guest room, my room when I visit grandchildren, about 4 years ago, I felt uncertain about such a firm and expensive mattress. I noticed I slept well, for me this means a restful night of sleep, without needing to turn or move often seeking more comfort or less discomfort. At first I thought my sleeoing better was due to the trip to get there, but their family moved to our town! I go to sleep and sometimes awaken in the same position. I sleep soundly. I bought a grand tempur on sale, which was a big investment for me. I reasoned better quality of sleep improved health. These beds do sleep warm, but I've always been cold natured, so love love the coziness. If you are hot natured, sweat, do not to feel warm, this is likely not for you, unless you want to run the A/C, like some Tempur owners who love to sleep cool do.

This is our third Tempur-Pedic. The first we had for over ten years and we were spoiled to getting such a great night sleep. We brought our second one and this time went with the GrandBed. We only thought we were sleeping restfully before. The GrandBed is the best of the best! Hurricane Harvey made a visit and decided that we no longer needed our mattress. When we had rebuild our home and began to replace our furniture, our first purchase was a GrandBed. After over a year we are finally able to get a great nights sleep. You won't go wrong with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Beware as you will be spoiled to a great night sleep every night!

Being able to set favorite positions on the remote is a great feature. The massage is excellent for my bad back. One minor complaint is the massage is louder than we like, I will probably contact the seller about this if it persists.

Both my husband & I ended up in physical therapy with back problems; neither one of us can sleep through the night; it's like sleeping on concrete; we can't comfortably turn over. We spent way too much money & are now buying another mattress after 8 months.

Before I bought my tempurpedic, I never spent much on a mattress. All that changed when I had surgery on a very painful herniated disc. Everyone I know who has a tempurpedic raves about them. Went into the store looking to purchase the least expensive mattress they had. Once I tried the Grandbed I had to purchase it, regardless of the high price. First time in years I was able to sleep without waking up to back pain. This matteres confirms to your body, it feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I'll never live without a tempurpedic, it has been wonderful to not just my back but my body.

Made all my back and neck issues disappear. Must be paired with the grand bed pillows for maximum pleasure. I honestly felt as though i was being held by the lord himself our savior, god . Only issue i found is when sleeping for more than 12 hours my kidneys started to ache, 8-10 hours i found to be the perfect time frame. God bless the grand bed. I wish everyone can feel the wonderful pleasures that i do when waking up but with the price you probably can't . Finance and don't look back you won't regret it. its the only bed you will ever need
