I bought this product in 2022. The mattress is now losing its firmness. When I lie on it, my body sinks significantly into the surface. This has noticeably affected the level of support and comfort it provides.

I am so disappointed, I'm considering returning it if it doesn't improve, this bed is rock hard. I have read and done everything to break it up a bit and I know that there is supposed to be a break in period but this weekend it will be a month and I wake up with a sore back or neck or hip bone pain when going to bed regularly. My dog barely sleeps with me now because he hates it too. I was so excited and splurged getting this mattress and have major regrets!

As we entered our 40s, we realized it was time to invest in a better mattress than the one we had been living with. We stopped into a Tempur-Pedic store just to browse.
My husband was immediately intrigued by one of the mattresses that blows cool air to keep you comfortable while you sleep. It was incredibly innovative, but not exactly what we were looking for. I'll admit, I originally skipped trying the traditional Tempur-Pedic mattresses because family members have them, and in my experience they tend to sleep warmer than a regular mattress. Then we discovered the hybrid cooling mattress and that was a complete game changer. The moment I laid down, I felt like Goldilocks… this bed was just right!
I sit at a desk all day, and between poor posture and long hours, my back often starts to ache. This mattress has been incredibly supportive, comfortable, and truly stays cool throughout the night. The adjustable base also fit perfectly into our existing bed frame with zero issues.
I used to think Tempur-Pedic was for those who required assistance getting in and out of bed, but I was completely wrong. It's honestly one of the best investments we've made for comfort and sleep quality. A review does not give you the details, you have to go to the store and experience for yourself and then you'll understand why the hybrid mattress was the best decision we made

Mattress is super comfortable. BUT its HOT!! Be warned, the 10 degrees cooler is completely false. I took the temperature today of my mattress. 94.4 degrees in the spot where I was sleeping. "Lo" temp reading in the open spots of the mattress. Do not buy this mattress if you don't want to be hot while sleeping!

My husband and I tend to sleep hot and we both need a colder room and surroundings to sleep comfortably. We needed to upgrade our bed from a queen to king to accommodate our growing fur family and we decided to buy a new Tempur Pedic mattress. The ProBreeze-medium has been an absolutely awesome mattress. We both love the cooling effects and the comfort of not having pressure points of the shoulders and hips. We sleep longer, more restful, and deeper than we did on our older Tempur Pedic. I do not have hot spots on the mattress and I often wake up in the same position and location that I fell sleep in. I also purchased the cooling pillow. Both mattress and pillow have had an immediate effect on my restfulness. No horrible foam smell from either as well.
It is sometimes hard to convince myself to get out of bed.

mattress is great so far good for pressure but very dissapointed with company i bought online from company and it went on sale for 399 dollars less within 30 days . would not give me credit for difference. within 30 days there should not have been a debate with company. it was not a sprecial promo it was a sale. i said i would return this one and buy another order same mattress and they told me i would have to pay 175 fee to return. i guess i am naive but i thought the 60 night trial was for a free return. so buying directly from website is not the way to go. i thought it would be a very professional transaction from a well know company directly

It takes a while to get used to the settings to find the sweet spot. If you are uncomfortable during the night and have to shift the base, the buttons are difficult to navigate in the dark. Now, you are awake, which is sleep disruption. Working on this issue and hope it gets better. It's a big investment and I want to sleep better! I like being able to have my head raised due to sinus issues, and so far the most comfy is the zero g setting with a few tweaks.

I've had this mattress for about a month now and honestly, I didn't expect to notice such a difference this quickly. The first couple nights felt a little different (in a good way), but after that I started sleeping a lot more consistently through the night.
It's supportive without feeling hard. I was worried it might be too firm, but it actually has just enough give when you lay down. I switch between stomach and side sleeping and it's been comfortable for both.
The cooling part is also not just marketing hype. I usually wake up hot at least once a night, and that hasn't really been happening anymore. It doesn't feel "cold," just more temperature neutral.
Biggest thing for me is I'm waking up with less lower back tightness. It's definitely expensive, but so far I feel like I made the right choice.

We have slept on this mattress for three weeks and are slowly becoming accustomed to it. At first, it was hard enough to give us both morning backaches. My wife now has no backache but I am a little stiff, which goes away soon. My wife has fibromyalgia and her morning pain has decreased.

Purchase this mattress in May 2025 in a medium because for 10 years prior, I slept on a medium peloton that sales person said it would be the same thing but even better since May 2025 me and my boyfriend have not slept a full night without waking up in pain the mattress is hard as a rock. I didn't get a firm bed. I ordered a medium you called and complain about your bed and there's not a thing that they can do so evidently they do not back their product very unhappy customer and I will be posting everywhere I can for people not to buy this product because you don't back your products if you had an unhappy customer, you would make things right comes with a 10 year warranty but if you're not satisfied with your bed that's 10 year warranty you don't do you no good

Purchased from a certified Temper dealer, picked up my purchase new in the box, never been opened, we installed the mattress and noticed the built on zipper cover had a tear that was attempted to patch with hot glue.. noticed frayed strings by it and saw the tear where the root cause of it started. Couldmt believe it, specially for what we paid! Incredibly poor warranty support! I did my due diligence with filing online with picture and full details included, Proof of purchase and matress tag, only to get an email requesting more pictures, making us stripp down the bed completely! I did all that again to find another reply to that attempt with mind boggling question. We give up! We will never buy from Temper again, we are thinking about selling the mattress on Facebook mkt place!!

The price is high, but I think it's worth it. The probreeze does a good job of staying cool and it's very comfortable. I wish I had gone with a firm instead of medium though.
Regardless, I'll be buying tempurpedic mattresses from now on. They completely won me over.
The mattress has helped with my shoulder pain and improved my wife's hip pain. It's easily the most comfortable mattress I've ever laid on and this is coming from someone that hates memory foam mattresses.
Tempurpedic just does it right!

Loved the mattress at first, but got really soft and sagged in the areas where we sleep. Sagged so much that had to start sleeping the middle or on the sides.
Tried to go through the warranty process and they seemed to use all this fine print to deny the claim. They say they have a 10 year warranty, but good luck ever getting a claim approved. Probably not going to happen.

So far I like the mattress it is not as cool as I expected since I am a hot sleeper. I have an adjustable base so I like to raise the head and feet slightly as it helps me sleep better. I purchased a King bed and I am heavier and bigger than my wife so I am concerned about compression issues, I am aware of the 3 month rotation requirement and I have done this with other mattress brands but unfortunately after 3 or so years I get an indentation on one side, I have reached out to other mattress companies regarding their warranty but they never seem to honor it! Time will tell with this mattress.

We have owned our mattress since mid 2020. Our salesman told us when when we purchased that we must have Tempur-Pedic mattress covers that were over $100 each for Split King. This bed is an investment over $7K spent. 2025 and one side has a huge indentation. It's very obvious in pictures. I submitted warranty claim - good first 10 yrs and was declined due to staining on mattress. We always kept the mattress covers on the bed. Google stains on mattresses. You will see LOTS of info, but it can be caused by sweat, humidity or a number of things. We live in Florida. I replied and explained and if ANY staining it declines warranty. I would NEVER have spent that much on a mattress if I had know the company does not stand behind their product.

There's some things in life that you learn, sometimes the best lessons are by pure accident... this mattress supported my back (I wasn't aware of my spine issues!) saved my sleep, changed my life. I would not normally spend that kind've $ on (a bed) but found it is one of the most important things in your life, incredible. I love its firm support & "non heating" cooler materials. This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased! I have not had a nights sleep that I dont wake up several times. Im always waking up in pain. I bought this a while ago hoping it would be the bed I needed. Far from it! I have followed the instructions for breaking it in and keeping it fresh. Nothing works. Do not buy this product way over price for nothing for the most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had.

Like they say, "You get what you pay for" We could not be happier with this mattress! A little firm in the beginning, but after a few weeks it starts to get more comfortable. Actually we have been sleeping better than ever. This is our first Tempur-Pedic, heard great things about them. They are a little pricey but if you want good sleep, I can speak truthfully that you will get it! Very happy with this product and highly recommended.

We ordered the mattress and bed frame in May. It took us a while to realize that we were sent the wrong mattress. During the delivery process the drivers brought the mattress to the second floor and scraped the entire wall. After revisiting the store and speaking to a sales lady, she told us we would have the correct mattress delivered within a week. When the mattress was delivered 25 days later, the mattress didn't look right. It was dirty and stained and when I spoke to the delivery drivers they told me that they do in fact send out used mattresses sometime. When I spoke to the sales manager about it he denied that they do. Why would the drivers lie to me about that? I sent in photos of the mattress and they agreed to send out a new mattress ASAP. Little did I know if would take over 45 days to get a new mattress. The entire process has been a nightmare from the store to the deliver team.

My husband and I have been talking about getting a new mattress for months now. If you don't want to commit without laying down on it, go to a mattress store that has this mattress and go try it out! It forms to your body nicely and the cooling effect is *chef's kiss*. The ONLY downside is the factory smell that lingers after delivery.
Speaking of delivery, the white glove delivery is amazing! The gentlemen that came over were very kind, professional, and took their shoes off at the door (asian household)! It took them maybe a total of 15 minutes to get the new mattress in, the old one out, and have the trash cleared.
Side note: It took my body about 2-3 nights to fall in love and for my husband, it was about 2-3 weeks.
